Refund policy:

Any item that doesn't work for your needs or meet with your satisfaction can be returned for a refund. PLEASE notify me within one week of purchase for instructions on return.

For International orders:

Changes in the postal system have done away with the old Global Priority option, but regular first class is working well. The advantage to first class is that I can now use a box for shipping instead of an envelope.

Most packages of merchandise can be shipped for the same cost as domestic packages: $3.50 for shipping via first class mail for orders totalling $1-$50; $5 for orders totalling $51-$100. Over $100, $10.

Please be aware that there may be an additional customs charge due on your package's arrival; this depends on the country where you live and its policies.

So far, I've had no reported losses though I've shipped to the UK, Australia, New Zealand, France, Luxembourg, Japan and Portugal many times over the last several years! Packages have been delayed by customs folk on occasion, so please check with them if your package is late.

PAYMENT: For all domestic orders (inside the US): $3.50 for shipping via first class mail (this includes insurance) for orders totalling $1-$50; $5 for orders totalling $51-$100. Over $100, $10. In order to keep prices down and be sensible about fuel consumption, I'm only going to the post office twice a week now, so there may be a few days delay in shipping. I'll do my best to accommodate your needs, so let me know if you have a rush order.

Two ways to pay: PayPal or Checks/Money Orders

PayPal payments: Credit card payments can be made through PayPal. If you've already got a PayPal account set up (for eBay purchases, for example) you know how easy it is to handle a transaction this way, and you can just order directly through my shopping cart system.

Click on the shopping cart button on the item pages to be directed to the PayPal site. Use the View Cart buttons to view your purchases and make any changes. Shipping will be automatically calculated.

Wholesale orders may take a couple of weeks to fill, especially if the glass used for the individual pieces is not in stock and has to be ordered. I'll email you if this is the case.

Personal checks and money orders are accepted; orders paid for by check will ship when the check clears,  money orders will ship immediately upon receipt.

If you are paying by check/money order, please email me at summerskies @ cox dot net in advance of sending payment to let me know which pieces you want. This allows me to place a "Sold" sign on the piece so no one else will purchase through the shopping cart system before your check arrives. I will notify you when I receive your email to confirm.
