Q: How soon after you receive my order will you ship the items?
A: Usually, the order goes out within 24 hours of my receiving notification from PayPal. Delays are generally due to bad weather or an occasional vacation or out-of-town trip. Of course, post office holidays can cause a delay, as can the very rare illness, but I believe that a quick shipment will make you a happy (and hopefully, repeat!) customer. Custom orders and wholesale orders, of course take longer as the pieces need to be made to fill the special order. I usually send progress reports for the large orders so you have an idea of when to expect the shipment.
